Title: In the context of the forthcoming III Global Conference on Child Labour (Brazil, October 3013) and in the framework of the PALOP “Pinwheel March”, this Term of Reference is to assist the Government of Mozambique and social partners in the formulation of a National Action Plan for the Elimination of Child Labour, drafting of the list of hazardous occupation (preparation of background paper and facilitation of the formulation process), and implementation of Pinwheel March activities in Mozambique
